Q. If it is cloudy, rainy or very windy for several days in a row and the
external temperature is 0 degrees, will hot water be available?
A. Yes it
will

Q. Do we get more heat if we install two collectors?
A. The heating time
would be reduced by half

Q.Is it necessary for a special plumbing installation?
No, we simply
connect the heater to the hot water piping.

Q. Is any special power socket needed?
A. A regular power socket will work
with the equipment

Q. Must the panels be installed on the roof?
A. They can be attached to
facades or any type of outside wall. They can be placed East or West facing also
and will lose minimal efficiency in this manner

Q. Should the roof be reinforced or do I need an authorized design for the
installation?
A. No reinforcement or architectural assessments are needed.
Our collector only weighs 8kg and it measures 2m x 80cm

Q. Can this system be used for central heating, swimming-pools and
considerable quantities of sanitary water?
A. Yes they are suitable to heat
radiant floors, convectors, aluminum radiators, etc. as well as indoor-outdoor
swimming pools and sanitary water and one array may heat 200 to 6000 L .

Q. Can these panels produce electric energy?
A. No, they can’t

Q. Is regular maintenance necessary?
A. No regular maintenance is
necessary

Q. Does the system consume a lot of electricity?
A. No. A regular
installation to heat 300 L of sanitary water would costume about 300 w.

Q. Is the system provided with any device to treat bacteria such as
Legionella?
A. Yes in accordance with the current legislation, it is provided
with a circuit to rise the temperature over 60 degrees, which is manually
ignited and automatically disconnected.

Q. Is there a warranty?
A. The compressors 2 years and 15 years for the
panels.
